About the event

Built in 1743 by William Champions, Warmley clock tower was originally used as a pin factory.

The building has an unsettling aura about it, and is widely reported as being paranormally active by those that work, visit and investigate it.

Many men, women and children were employed here, working long hours, in harsh conditions and pushed to their limits, which inevitably led to many injuries and deaths.

William Champions was eventually accused of both embezzlement and mis-management and subsequently removed from the factory, the building then went on to become a boot factory, and then a clay pipe factory.

With a dark history telling of the suffering that went on within it's walls, it isn't a suprise that there are many paranormal reports throughout.

Whistles have been heard, shadows have been seen, along with cries coming from empty rooms. Doors have been slammed shut of their own volition and children have been heard talking and also playing.

People that have stood outside and looked up at the building, have reported seeing faces at the windows, looking back at them.
